How does my contract with Banowetz Marketing work?
When you hire us to fulfill the role of your marketing team, we’ll send you a contract that protects both companies especially since we’ll be in your social media and website accounts. While we ask that you plan to work with us for at least 12 months, we want to make sure you’re thrilled with the work we do for you. For this reason, either party is able to get out of the contract with a 30 day written notice.

The turn around on the website depends on whether we are starting from scratch, adding new pages or updating old ones. On a new site, the general turn around is 6 weeks.

Which software do you use for website design?
At Banowetz Marketing, we build your WordPress website on GetFlywheel.com hosting using Elementor (Pro Version), Gravity Forms and more.
Do I have to be local to work with you?
No. Although we are a local Cedar Rapids Marketing Agency, we offer web design services nationwide.

If you prefer, we can also help you manage it either monthly or on-request.

Done-for-you ongoing graphic design services start at $2,500 per month with a 12 month commitment.
Done-with-you Design Specialist or graphic design consultations start at $350 per hour.

What is the client's involvement in the design process?
You'll schedule an initial meeting with our Graphic Designer to go over project details and set up email communication. Our designer will communicate with you via email as needed and set up a proofing meeting. Once your project has been finalized, you will receive a package containing all necessary files. We can also work with you to set up printing, if desired.
How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
You will receive a digital package of files, both editable and view-only. If desired, we can also help you order any printed items you might need.
Will I own the rights to the projects created for me by Banowetz Marketing?
While Banowetz Marketing will retain the rights to the intellectual property created for you/your business, you will have unlimited lifetime usage of the property (covered in the contract signed before working with us).
If you do wish to purchase the rights, we will work with you to set that up.
